Leadership Through Integrity is a system that I’ve developed based on my personal and professional experience, years of education, clinical practice, learning from every encounter and everyone around me. I am dedicated to my own personal growth and helping others achieve their own leadership success.
The purpose of this blog is to provide a glimpse into the world of Leadership Through Integrity. I am hopeful that you will discover content that will make you think about your own leadership style. This practice is easier said than done.
While similar information can be found on the Internet, my goal is to make the content relevant and practical using anecdotes, real life examples and storytelling. Hopefully this will create a pathway to self-reflection, understanding and introspection. I share both personal and professional stories with names omitted to protect the innocent (or not so innocent).
Bias Alert
One very important fact before browsing any topic: I am a Caucasian male. I state this in no uncertain terms in order for the reader to be clear, my writing style and opinions are a reflection of my personal perspective and worldview.
While I am proud of my demonstrated ability to be inclusive to all, I also understand that I may unintentionally write with implicit bias. Call me out on this. Start dialogue with me, enlighten me. I will hear and listen to any concerns that may arise.
What to Expect
I am not a professional blogger, not a professional web designer, do not have a publicist or a copywriter checking content. I may use pronouns improperly and you might even find spelling or grammar issues. I am not perfect and I know it. That said, I do have a lot to share. My coaching clients, business associates, colleagues, friends and family will all agree.
I raise compelling issues to challenge your thinking. My articles may force you to look deep inside and in the mirror at the same time. I am not claiming to know everything nor am I claiming to know the right way for you to live or function in your personal or professional lives.
This blog might actually make you think about things a little bit differently and maybe, just maybe, something, no matter how big or small, can make a difference in you and those around you.
I strive to create content worth reading. I am grateful that you have chosen to spend some of your valuable time here.
Looking forward to your comments. Please check back often.
